Recurring purchases

A Lilicozy membership is a recurring purchase. Before checkout, the product page and cart show what is included, the recurring price, billing and delivery frequency, and any applicable saving. By completing checkout with a subscription selected, you authorise Shopify's payment service to charge the selected payment method on each billing date until cancellation.

Managing or cancelling

Use your Lilicozy membership account to view, pause where available, or cancel an active contract. Cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next order. Cancellation stops future charges and does not retroactively cancel an order already created or dispatched. You can also email hello@lilicozy.com.

Payment, changes, and delivery

If a recurring payment fails, Shopify may retry it and ask you to update the payment method. We will give advance notice of material changes to the recurring price or terms where required, and you may cancel before they take effect. Each subscription shipment is subject to the shipping policy and any charges shown when the subscription is purchased.

Withdrawal and product problems

Mandatory withdrawal and conformity rights remain unaffected. Withdrawal from an individual delivered order does not automatically cancel future subscription orders; cancel the subscription separately through your account. See our returns and refund policy.
