1. Seller and scope

These terms apply to consumer purchases made through lilicozy.com. The seller is Lilicozy.

2. Products and offers

We describe the main characteristics, quantity, contents, price, and intended use of each product on its product page. Images are illustrative; natural materials and screen settings can cause minor variations. An obvious mistake does not bind either party, and we will contact you before taking payment or dispatching if we identify one.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Delivery charges and any other mandatory costs are shown before you place the order. Available payment methods appear at checkout. The final checkout button clearly indicates that placing the order creates an obligation to pay.

4. Order and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order and send confirmation to the email address supplied at checkout. We may decline an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, or a delivery restriction, and will refund any amount already collected.

5. Delivery

Our shipping policy forms part of these terms. Lilicozy is responsible for delivery and bears transit risk until you, or a person you designate, receives the products.

6. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers with a statutory right of withdrawal can use the online withdrawal function, model form, email, or another unequivocal statement. The complete procedure, deadlines, return costs, refund timing, and hygiene-seal exception are in our returns and refund policy.

7. Legal guarantee

Products must conform to the agreement and meet the quality and performance a consumer may reasonably expect. If a product is faulty or non-conforming, contact us. Mandatory rights to a free repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination and refund, as applicable, are not limited by these terms.

8. Subscriptions

Where a recurring purchase is offered, its products, billing frequency, price, minimum duration (if any), and cancellation method are shown before checkout. See the subscription policy. You can manage an active membership through your customer account.

9. Complaints

Email hello@lilicozy.com with a clear description and order number. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and answer substantively within 14 days. Lilicozy is not affiliated with an external complaints board.

10. Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective-product liability where legally applicable, or any mandatory consumer right. Consumers must follow product directions and warnings.

11. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. Consumers retain the mandatory protection of the country where they habitually live. A competent court may decide disputes.
