Data we collect

Depending on how you use the store, we process identity and contact details, billing and delivery details, order and subscription information, payment status (not full card details), account and customer-service communications, marketing preferences, device and browser information, cookie choices, and website interactions. We receive this from you, your device, Shopify, payment providers, delivery partners, and services you choose to use.

Why we use it

• To take payment, fulfil orders, provide accounts and subscriptions, handle returns, and provide customer service because this is necessary to perform our contract with you.
• To meet tax, accounting, product-safety, fraud-prevention, and other legal obligations.
• To secure, maintain, and improve the store where our legitimate interests do not override your rights.
• To send marketing and use non-essential analytics or advertising technologies when you have consented. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who receives it

We share only what is necessary with service providers such as Shopify (commerce, checkout, customer accounts, hosting, and analytics), payment providers, Sendcloud and delivery carriers, Klaviyo for consented email marketing, professional advisers, and authorities when legally required. These providers act under their own legal duties or contractual data-protection terms.

International transfers

Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers use an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards, or another lawful mechanism. You can ask us for more information.

Retention

We keep order, payment, and invoice records for the periods required by tax and consumer law. Customer-service and account data is kept while needed for the stated purpose, legal claims, security, or your active account. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or we no longer need it, subject to a minimal suppression record so we can respect your choice.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and can withdraw consent. Email hello@lilicozy.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your local supervisory authority.

Cookies and consent

Essential cookies operate the cart, checkout, security, language, account, and privacy choices. We ask permission before using non-essential analytics or marketing cookies where required. Use the cookie preferences control in the footer to review or change your choice. See also Shopify's checkout privacy information when you proceed to checkout.

Marketing

We send marketing only where you consented or another lawful basis applies. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing does not stop service messages about an order or account.

Security, children, and changes

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. The store is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect children's data without an appropriate lawful basis. We may update this policy and will show the revision date here.
